The QBCon Computerised Maintenance Management System Q-CMMS is an all inclusive plant and facilities maintenance system that aims to minimise risk by decreasing downtime and increasing productivity. Q-CMMS makes provision for preventative maintenance, asset management (machinery), job cards, and technician allocation to breakdowns, inventory, work orders and breakdown costing. |
QBCon Says Q-CMMS keeps a log of all your equipment. The log is programmed to schedule preventative maintenance tasks, based on how often each piece of machinery is used. When the time comes to do preventative maintenance, Q-CMMS sends a notification to the relevant party. Managers can determine which specialists are available, schedule the maintenance and issue a job card using Q-CMMS.
